Question 1

How fast do you reply?

Accepted Answer

We reply within a few working days. Deadlines mentioned in your message help us prioritise.

Question 2

Why do you start with a call?

Accepted Answer

Every project has a different pipeline, format and deadline. A short call lets us understand yours first, so the workflow and quote we propose actually fit.

Question 3

What files should I send for a mix?

Accepted Answer

Send clean, aligned stems or your session, a reference picture or video, and the target format. Our guide, Preparing Your Music Stems for 5.1 and Dolby Atmos Mixing, explains exactly how to prepare them. For sound design and Foley, see Delivering Sound Design and Foley for 5.1 and Dolby Atmos.

Question 4

Do you work with clients outside Bulgaria?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most projects run remotely with secure file transfer and online review sessions, and we are in the same time zone window as most of Europe.

Question 5

Can you deliver in Dolby Atmos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our room is built for Dolby Atmos 7.1.4 mixing, and we also deliver stereo, 5.1 and 7.1 versions from the same project.
